Problem Summary

PO 4500155975 is a third party PO so it should be shipped to customer, however the flat has Drop ship EMEA plant address for ship to address. Please see attached flat file and other 2 files are provided by EMEA team.

PO 4500155975 is created for plant 9030. Address maintained for plant 9030 is New Era Cap company Limited, as shown in below screen shots

Hence address name in Column D is shown up as "New Era Cap Company Limited" in the PO Feed file.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

In PO Feed for the POs which are having sales order would have the plant address is populated in D, E, F and SO ship to address is populated in W, X columns of the file.
If there is no sales order in the PO then the SO ship to address would be blank.

May be there is an issue at the freight system where the file which is sent generated, but by looking at the file it looks like the data is not correctly mapped in the freight system.

1. PO 4500151886 for which PO feed file is extracted on 02/10/2016
2. PO 4500152471 for which PO feed file is extracted on 02/29/2016
Here are the attached files:

When we look at these two POs in attached files we see that the data is same for Ship to PO column which is "New Era Cap Company Limited" and SO Ship to is displayed as "SECOTRADE 61 (PTY)" in both the files. But when we look at the file which is sent by freight the ship to locations are changed.

Resolution

Check if mapping is correct in freight system.
